Introducing the SAI Box Fluted barrel available in 11.5" & 14.5" 5.56 configuration and a 1.5" & 14.5" 300 Blackout version that is available. The SAI Box Fluted barrel leverages a 45 degree gas port that reduces the firing impulse of the rifle while leveraging an intermediate gas system. The barrel has a fluted square which makes the barrel more predictable, reduces barrel whip, increases heat dissipation, and reduces weight.
This barrel goes through a unique process where the barrel and receiver extension are individually serialized and then sent to be individually coated - Black Nitride (Barrel outer/inner), TiN (Titanium Nitride) Receiver Extension. They are then reunited and hand torqued for a precise fit.
These barrels come with a Lifetime warranty- so if you can shoot them out we will give you a new one, free of charge.
